What types of rabbits are there and what's the difference

There r about 50 different breeds of rabbits. None has something better than the others when it comes to showing. The rules for showing r different for each breed. The differences between the rabbit r some weigh around 15-20 lbs. & other only weigh 2 lbs. Some of their ears lay at the sides of their face & others stick straight up.

E-mail if u have any questions at all about rabbits. Do u have a specific breed that u want to own? I could find a breeder near u & has the breed u want. I know alot of different breeders.

Bunnies r great pets. They r have different personailities.

Each type of rabbit has different points that the judges look for, it would be impossible for someone to sit here & list each breed & it is show standard. We show dwarf hotots, they r all white with black ''eyeliner'' around their eyes. Their eyeliner should be perfect, shoulders broad, ears upright, an adult should weigh less than 2.5 lbs, & have a nice round rump. Do not forget that the coat should be soft & smooth. We also have just recently got a Jersey Wooley. We r still learning about her but I know her coat has to be groomed & mat free.

mini lops, french lops, english lops,hollen lops, florida whites r five types of rabbits. the difference between a mini lop & a french lop is just the size.the mini & the english r abotu the smae size but the english has longer ears. the hollen is smaller than the mini lop & has a ronder head which makes giving birth to hollens a little difficult. florida whites r really diferent then a mini lop, whites r used as a 6 class meat pin.best to show .. there really is not a best thats just a apinnion of ur prefernce.
u must take the rabbit to the table ur self or someone of ur age(no adults r aloud to help u in a youth show)
all toenails must be the same color or it is a dq
a broken rabbit most be at least 10% of each color
